I focus on business needs to discover your target audience, their behaviors, your objectives, and the barriers for success. This research informs wireframes & high fidelity designs and allows me to oversee development. I then continue to support the product long after development.
Full Circle Process
Starting with market research and competitive analysis helps me to form the strategy I will take. The gathered data leads into building personas and journey mapping which in turn influences wireframes. I then begin high fidelity designs and then user testing determines if development can commence or if another design iteration is necessary.
